Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst for a contract position working onsite at our Austin, Texas client.

Responsibilities include:

•             Elicit and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

•             Facilitate stakeholder meetings and capture decisions and action items

•             Map current - and future - state processes

•             Support design, configuration, and testing of Microsoft Power Platform solutions

•             Use AI tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to draft documentation, summarize meetings, and analyze data

•             Work with technical teams on AWS-hosted solutions

•             Run UAT, track defects, and support sprint planning in an Agile environment

Requirements

•             Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience

•             Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Platform, or other Microsoft low-code tools

•             Working knowledge of AWS (Cloud Practitioner or equivalent a plus)

•             Practical AI experience, with Claude and/or Copilot preferred

•             Strong written and verbal communication skills
