We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in business process analysis, process improvement, and change management. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design future-state business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who is business-focused rather than data-focused, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
This job is worked on a hybrid set up and the BA must go to the Austin office as requested. This job is open for both W2/C2C.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand process challenges.
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and document future-state business processes and recommend process optimization strategies.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, business requirements, and gap analysis documentation.
- Support organizational change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption planning.
- Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
- Assist in developing business cases, process metrics, and success criteria for transformation initiatives.
- Ensure business requirements are aligned with organizational objectives and operational needs.
- Provide recommendations for continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
