We are seeking a Senior Systems/Server Administrator with 10 Years of experience supporting Microsoft Operating Systems environments for a hybrid position in the Austin area. Will be required to come for on-site meetings.
The Senior Systems/Server Administrator will support the current environment and technology upgrades, complete the planning and implementation of the Legacy Modernization project. Completed an assessment of its current systems, structures, processes, network, functions, and capabilities, and is in the process of upgrading and improving those environments and systems. 10 | Required | Minimum of 10 Years of experience supporting Microsoft Operating Systems environments as an IT Systems / Server Administrator. |
8 | Required | Experience in the implementation and support of Active Directory Domains, Dell Storage Solutions, VMware environments, Exchange, M365 environments, and backup solutions. |
8 | Required | Experience communicating and providing direct technical support to agency Business units and Stakeholders. |
8 | Required | Extensive experience providing all aspects of configuration and end-user support for Microsoft Office 365 applications. |
8 | Required | Experience in managing user accounts and network configurations as required to provide services to meet the business and technical requirements. |
5 | Required | Experience in the implementation of required security parameters to meet the requirements of the agency's security policies. |
5 | Required | Experience in completing assessments to develop strategic recommendations and roadmaps. |
5 | Preferred | Experience documenting support requirements and procedures. |
3 | Preferred | Previous experience providing IT desktop support to end users in the state public sector. |
