8 | Required | Experience communicating and providing direct technical support to agency Business units and Stakeholders. |
8 | Required | Extensive experience providing all aspects of configuration and end-user support for Microsoft Office 365 applications. |
8 | Required | Experience in managing user accounts and network configurations as required to provide services to meet the business and technical requirements. |
5 | Required | Experience in the implementation of required security parameters to meet the requirements of the agency's security policies. |
5 | Required | Experience in completing assessments to develop strategic recommendations and roadmaps. |
