We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise IT initiatives by analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and driving process improvements. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes from initiation through project readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Consult with business owners and stakeholders to identify, refine, and document functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Ensure requirements align with project objectives and technical feasibility
Business Process Improvement
- Conduct business process reengineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze current workflows and recommend optimized future-state processes
Solution Design & Collaboration
- Collaborate with business owners, IT managers, and subject matter experts to develop system diagrams and solution designs
- Support alignment between business needs and technical solutions
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all deliverables meet applicable business and IT documentation standards
- Maintain consistency in format, content, and quality across all project artifacts
- Support project documentation required for approvals and governance processes
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects
- 3 years of experience in business systems analysis and design
- 3 years of experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for complex projects
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Bachelor's degree
