Minimum Required Qualifications
Experience:
* 8 years of experience in IT Software Development Lifecycle Methodology, including Software analysis, development, implementation, and documentation.
* Seven (7) years of SDLC experience in ServiceNow
* CMDB (configuration management database) developer experience
* SAM/HAM (Software and Hardware management) implementation
* SPM (strategic portfolio management) experience
* Strong project management, customer service, and relationship management skills
* Experience with Agile projects, ceremonies, daily scrums, backlog grooming, sprint planning, review, and retrospective
Education:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
Registration, Certification, or Licensure:
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - (certification)
* ServiceNow Certified System Developer - (certification)
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - (certification)
