We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with experience in state or government roles who can work anywhere in California and will oversee complex enterprise-level IT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience aligning IT systems with business processes, managing technical teams, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle. This individual will play a key leadership role in guiding technical strategy, system integration, and team execution.

Required Qualifications:
Must have at least one year of experience working with the State of California experience
IT Systems Alignment
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
- At least five (5) years of this experience must be in a lead role.
Technical Experience
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressively complex experience and intermediate-level skills in system analysis, design, programming, and testing.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field from a recognized college or university.
- A Master's or Doctorate in an IT-related or Engineering field is preferred but not required.
