We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to drive an organizational change management transformation. This is a hybrid position that can be anywhere in Texas, with rare office visits in Austin, TX. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our personnel transformation achieves its full potential by focusing on the people side of changing, supporting, training, and equipping our employees to successfully adopt new team members, business units, processes, standards, and ways of working.

 REQUIRED SKILLS
  • 8 years of proven experience in organizational change management, preferably supporting organizational transformations or initiatives
  • Excellent training and facilitation skills with experience developing and delivering user training programs
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing at all organizational levels with clarity and confidence
  • Experience conducting stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness evaluations
  • Facilitate workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions to address concerns and gather input
  • Excellent training and facilitation skills with experience preparing end users for new systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with training tools and platforms (LMS, video creation, e-learning development)
  • Experience in organizations undergoing significant technology transformation
