We are seeking a Technical Salesforce Admin with strong Salesforce platform expertise for a hybrid assignment (one day/wk onsite with our Austin, Texas client) supporting a one-year initiative focused on three new legislative-session projects within the Salesforce environment. This role will serve as the functional and technical bridge between business needs and delivery execution, partnering closely with a Salesforce developer to design and oversee solutions for two fiscal management initiatives—a statewide legislative tracking tool requiring new workflow design, and a bill analysis tool—as well as an innovative proposal leveraging Salesforce Agentforce to automate legislative fiscal note generation.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience administering Salesforce environments, managing product priorities, translating requirements into scalable platform solutions, and advising on licensing structures across Salesforce products. This person must be an “outside the box” thinker who can evaluate how emerging Salesforce capabilities can solve government business challenges creatively and efficiently. Responsibilities include backlog ownership, solution design collaboration, release planning, user engagement, workflow optimization, and ensuring platform capabilities align with business objectives.
Preferred candidates are located in Central Texas and willing to work onsite one day per week while collaborating with a small delivery team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong Salesforce administration and product ownership experience
* Experience defining workflows, user stories, and platform-based business solutions
* Understanding of Salesforce licensing models and environment governance
* Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities
* Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to lead solution discussions and prioritize delivery in Agile environments
