We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 4–6 years of professional experience for a hybrid position on our W2 supporting business initiatives through requirements gathering, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure needs are accurately translated into clear, actionable requirements.
The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced environments, understands business processes from end to end, and can effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities Include:
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, requirement documents, process flows, and use cases
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, working sessions, and workshops to drive clarity and alignment
• Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements, managing scope changes, and helping ensure solutions meet business needs
• Collaborate across teams (IT, operations, finance, product, etc.) to ensure requirements align with objectives and constraints

Requirements:
* 4?6 years of experience in a Business Analyst (or similar) role
* Proven experience eliciting and documenting business and system requirements
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
* Experience working with cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred;
* Knowledge of SDLC processes
* Exposure to system integrations and/or data migration projects
