- Proven experience in organizational change management, preferably supporting organizational transformations or initiatives
- Strong understanding of management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, or similar frameworks)
- Demonstrated ability to develop, present, and execute comprehensive management plans
- Excellent training and facilitation skills with experience developing and delivering user training programs
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing at all organizational levels with clarity and confidence
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience conducting stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness evaluations
- Facilitate workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions to address concerns and gather input
- Excellent training and facilitation skills with experience preparing end users for new systems
- Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with training tools and platforms (LMS, video creation, e-learning development)
- Experience in organizations undergoing significant technology transformation
