- Experience in Electronic Information Resources (EIR) accessibility initiatives and strategies, including developing, maintaining, and improving the following: policies; EIR compliance review and approval procedures; technical guidelines for meeting statutory requirements regarding EIR accessibility; implementation and remediation plans; and processes for receiving and responding to reports of inaccessible EIR.
- Knowledge of EIR Accessibility Laws and Standards, including 1 TAC 206 (Texas Administrative Code), 1 TAC 213, and TGC 2054. 451 subchapter M, and the current WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
- Knowledge of EIR challenges associated with state procurement and contracts.

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with multiple stakeholders and customers, implementing outreach and education programs, and managing projects related to EIR Accessibility.
- Progressive experience with digital accessibility programs or Information and Communications Technology (ICT) accessibility.
