We are seeking a PeopleSoft Systems Analyst currently located in Austin, Texas (relocation not allowed) for an On-Site assignment with our Austin, Texas client.
Requirements:
Yrs. Experience
5 Project team experience utilizing Agile methodologies
6 Experience gathering requirements related to changes in the PeopleSoft application
6 Hands-on functional experience in one or more PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
6 Most recent six years working exclusively as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
8 Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application
5 Strong SQL skills; ability to write and execute advanced SQL in Oracle and SQL Server
5 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
10 Experience working in Information Technology
Preferred
Yrs Experience
2 Past experience as a developer in one or more PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
2 Solid PeopleTools skills, including Application Engine, PeopleCode, and SQR
3 Ability to manage a Scrum or Kanban team
5 Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
5 Experience with prior PeopleSoft implementations or conversions from legacy systems
5 Experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans
5 Defined Benefit Pension Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and usage
5 Experience with Base Benefits or Benefits Administration systems
5 Experience with Pension Administration systems
5 Experience with Payroll systems
10 Expert-level troubleshooting to isolate functional and technical issues
