Job Title: Appian Analyst/Developer (Remote within Texas)

Location: Remote (must reside in Texas)

Work Status: Must be on our W2

We are seeking a versatile resource to work remotely from anywhere in Texas, operating across multiple functional areas, supporting and enhancing the Appian platform. This role combines business analysis, development, system administration, and documentation guidance. The ideal candidate will work closely with subject matter experts to identify user needs and translate them into effective system configurations and customizations. They will also perform hands-on Appian development, manage and promote application changes across environments, and provide direction to client personnel on updating user-facing documentation. This position requires a well-rounded professional capable of bridging business requirements with technical execution while ensuring clear and accurate documentation throughout the process.

Requirements:

*             Must be on our W2

*             Experience customizing and configuring the Appian Platform

* Low-code developer.

*             Business Analysis to work with users, understand requirements and requests for changes, and the ability to translate

*             Work with users as they are working in the production environment, working through the business processes being managed/facilitated by the Appian platform (e-Procurement) and addressing issues and enhancements.
