This individual will play a key leadership role in guiding technical strategy, system integration, and team execution.

This individual will play a key leadership role in guiding technical strategy, system integration, and team execution.
Required Qualifications:
Required to have CA State/Gov experience
IT Systems Alignment
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
- At least five (5) years of this experience must be in a lead role.
Team Leadership
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience leading technical teams of four or more members.
Technical Experience
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressively complex experience and intermediate-level skills in system analysis, design, programming, and testing.
Oracle Database
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Oracle databases, including database design, development using SQL PL/SQL and Oracle, and performance tuning of queries.
Data Synchronization
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing data synchronization solutions on Oracle platforms, including ETL processes and tools, and a strong understanding of data modeling.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field from a recognized college or university.
- A Master's or Doctorate in an IT-related or Engineering field is preferred but not required.
