- Experience with analyzing and/or maintaining standard operating procedures, user guides, workflows, business requirements, audit logs, training material, and system design specifications.
- Assessing an organization's readiness for change.
- Skills facilitating and leading groups, to include senior level leadership teams, to clarify and define project goals, needs, scope and priorities, as well as delivering presentations for meetings involving cross-functional teams and including stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and consistent status updates and inform stakeholders and agency leadership of project progress.
- Solid experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project, and Visio).
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) methodologies and frameworks to include Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
- Experience with IT Service Management frameworks like ITIL and tools to include OpenText PPM, Jira, and Service Now.
- Ability to learn and or modify data within Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management, Salesforce, and SQL a plus.
